DetroitTraderJoe, Convertible Notes are happening currently and the CEO is being paid $10,000 per month as a consultant while SNRY has no revenues. SNRY is also paying a party $10,000 per month to handle SNRY's SEC filing when the same party is banned from any actions regarding the SEC.
