Yes indeed, Jahiles18, there are many similarities. Thanks for posting about your recent conversation with SMAS CEO Steven Aronstein. And thanks also to Hckyguy for reposting the conversation with Aronstein from three years ago. In many ways it's Déjà vu all over again. For purposes of comparison I have copied both posts into this message.

That is good! I have emailed/posted through FB. My girlfriend finally got a response. Here It is

Sammy,

We appreciate your interest in the stock as well as what we do. We're sorry to hear about your experience with pain meds. That is one of the many reasons Somatics is so important.

Maybe Somatics can help you with your pain. Can you tell us more about what you are struggling with? We can see if we can be of help -- there is no reason to struggle with pain (even if you could take medication) if it can just be gotten rid of altogether!

Regarding the stock, we don't usually correspond about the public operations on Facebook -- as these FB pages were created to serve customers and promote and educate about the benefits of Somatics, not the company's business -- and many people who are interested in Somatics are very disinterested in business talk.

However, we appreciate your respectful inquiry and we know you've reached out to us a few times, so we want to make sure you get your answers. We don't know how new you are to the stock, so we don't know what history you know: The short story is that a few years ago, the stock lost it's market makers -- which is why it's in the state you describe as being gray market. There is nothing wrong with the company or stock and it has not been penalized or expelled in anyway -- it really is just difficult to trade fluidly and quickly b/c no market makers on it means it can't traded in the usual unsolicited fashion.

This is obviously not the state we'd like the stock to be in. However, it is a lot of work to get market makers quoting a stock again once they stop if you do so honestly and legally. The economy and the market of the past few years had made that a lot harder still. We have been working on it, and it is a slow process unless we have some big event(s) that increase our demand.

So, as we have been working methodically and patiently on the stock side of things, we have also been devoting most of our time to operate and grow the company regardless -- as this is not only important for all people we help and for the future of Somatics and pain care -- but it is also productive towards getting markets maker support and shareholder value. We have tripled our training campuses and are working on several other significant and lucrative projects -- and we've done that without raising any more money or any other support from trading.

We hope those are some indicators of our intentions and our integrity, as well as the future prospects and potential of the company. We have not lied to shareholders, we have not misused funds, and we have not exploited the company -- the people who work here are deeply dedicated to Somatics, and often work at great personal sacrifice. The future of the company is bright and already has a proven record of success and growth. However, the trading aspect of this has not been able to reflect this reality in recent years. We are confident that that this will change -- and shareholders will then be able to reap the benefits of our hard work we did while not trading once healthy trading resumes. We are confident this will change in the near future, and our goal continues to be to achieve this as soon as possible. Since several components of this are not under our control, we can not promise a specific time frame. However, we are working on several projects right now that promise to raise the profile of the company later this year, so we do also have confidence that trading will resume this year as well.

So, yes, we do expect the stock to trade again, and we do not think there is relatively much waiting left to be done. We do know you have all had to be patient, and understand that further patience is difficult. We thank you for that.

The best consolation I can offer is that you should try our work -- call us for help. The real benefit, value, and evaluation of the future of Somatic Systems is experiencing and understanding our product -- and its unprecedented and unparalleled treatment for pain and injuries that no one else can cure.

Thank you again for your continued patience and enthusiasm for our work. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

And there you have it. If it is bs or not I am really not sure.

Tiles- I spoke with Steve Aronstein yesterday. Although a little "salesman" like, I felt like he was being sincere, plus they pulled him out of a meeting to speak with me. I give them credit for that availability.

I took notes on what he said, he speaks a little quickly, but I will tell you I am going to hang out here for about 3 months or a little longer. By the way he talks, things sound like they are going to be amazing, the truth and trust in that I dont know, I guess we will see how first qtr. goes. Below are the things he had told me yesterday.

1)The fake press release had gotten many people worried and the SEC (or whoever put on the suspension, I cant remember right now) will act many times before they have proof.

2)The suspension has been lifted completely and it takes a few days for it to catch up.

3)Now that the suspension is lifted they are waiting for MM's to come back to the stock then all will be good again.

4)SMAS is in the middle of some plans (wouldnt say what plans) that will definitely come to fruition shortly (in 1st qtr.)

5)Mentioned all that is coming to fruition will definitely have an upside for the shareholders within 3 months.

6)They are working with the military here near me in Denver and I have heard that also from another company here that a family memeber works for (so I now believe it is true that they are working with the military).

7) I didn't tell him which board I had heard the negatives on, but he kept mentioning i-hub and mentioned that I do my best not to be influenced by all of the negative commentary floating around i-hub.

I guess the way I look at it is, to me it sounded sincere, I, at .0001 have no reason not to believe it as we really cant go anywhere but gone. So I will hang in there and see if I can gert something out of my millions of shares!

GLTYA hopefully MM's come back and we can get this to move! Happy New Year to everyone too!
