Make it an "UNclean" shell. To buy the shell you have to accept the debt. That's part of the pickle Grable is in. The other half of the pickle is that if she BK's it, she's likely to be personally liable for the Social security money as she was one with "checkwriting authority" at the time.

There are no easy answers beyond a full scale paper blast. They are so decimated that they can't afford to do the things needed to operate as a legitimate business. R&D. Salesforce. Marketing. Heck they can barely afford stock "awareness"
