Really? What do you consider "dilution/dumping"?

"As of December 31, 2012, the registrant had 105,902,785 common shares issued and outstanding, and as of March 11, 2013, we have 130,602,785 outstanding."

65% increase in O/S in 4 1/2 months seems pretty bad to me, especially when you consider that trading volume during that period was about 28 million shares while the O/S went up by 64 million shares.

A lot of $.0001 shares issued I bet. And a lot more to sell it looks like.
