Why would he insist on that? LOL!!!! Even electronic filing doesn't mean he has to rush to his office or tablet/computer and do it instantaneously.
There is a timeframe in which filings are allowed for a reason -- because ridiculous "immediate gratification" requests are unrealistic in real life. It's called delegation and time management, a necessary skill to be a successful businessperson.

Close the deal. Go home. Give the paperwork to your assistant/secretary.
File it within the appropriate timeframe.
THAT is how business works in the real world.

Close the deal and file 30 seconds later? I don't think so. Then I would think this was a farce. Since they DIDN'T PR immediately after the scheduled closing - and given the background of the buyer - this is just business as usual to me - at least in my experience. We will see soon.

The Nevada Secretary of State uses electronic filing. The filing could have been done immediately after the closing, Frankel should have insisted on that!
