How do you know they took 'massive pay cuts?' I'm sure if they did they were (are )being supplmented with some juicy incentives (stock). Like I said before, they most likely left their 'cushy' jobs for a chance to 'shoot the moon', similar to why we invested. If it doesn't work out, these 'seasoned pro's' would not find it difficult finding a position elsewhere.
