ECOG 2 was 13% in C and 24% in 3 mg/kg B+D arms.

Gamechanger? Given the very small size of the study, how many patients does this 11% actually represent?

Why don't you just look at the data and figure it out yourself for a change?

Well, here it is:
Placebo n=40
1mg Bavi n=40
Placebo+1mg n=80 13% ECOG 2 = 10 (10.4)
3mg Bavi n=41 24% ECOG 2 = 10 (9.84)

I don't know exactly how many were censored in each group, so the final numbers would have to be adjusted.

Take a look at the ECOG for the patients in both groups

Placebo+1mg .......... 3mg
ECOG 0 = 35% ........ 20%
ECOG 1 = 52.5% ...... 56%
ECOG 2 = 12.5% ...... 24%

Placebo+1mg group was much healthier
