Rampant Leon Financing is the quiet company that you don't hear anyone speak about much other than stuck on a line here or there in a filing under preferred stock or something else that seems small in the filings so it is not really noticed. It is what I would call the clean up shop with this whole group of companies. Its funded somehow...and it loans toxic loans out to its own controlled companies and buys oil leases to lets say help new companies get started.
