HiRad, I placed an order for 2.1 mill this a.m. @0.0003. It filled in about 30 minutes. I'm using Scottrade.

Why not spend the extra $8 and offer $0.0004?

I'm waiting for .0001 i got another 20 mil buy in so i will wait and see. I also use ameritrade and my buys seem to go either way with the pennies. sometimes they go right through and sometimes they take a couple days not sure why .
