You're comparing weighted (not actual) shares. In addition, the 115M diluted still appears to include the 3M B's t/b retired. Might be they'll be removed during Q2.

I also have that figure. Does that mean that they have increased number of shares with 115.252.569 - 92.016.910 = 23.235.659 shares since 2012-12-31? More than 7.000.000 new shares per month...
