I don't see any reason for the EOD sell off aside from profit taking by day traders. Nothing has changed fundamentally from the onset of the merger talks and all major positive catalysts are still in line with projections, coupled by the fact that no negative catalyst have emerged. Once the market has a chance to digest the implications, or lack thereof, of the 10Q the SP should continue its march north into June for merger outcomes and realization of settlements. All this is not to mention the Pre-Markman run-up typical to PAE's 4 months prior to Markman date. All IMO opinion of course. I'm still sold on the business model and apparent early-on ability of this company to monetize patents via the (hopefully) soon to be subsidiary.
