I was thinking the same as they do have a bad track record from the past and they are still in the middle of litigations. The PPS I doubt will go much lower and GR knows this, IMO if you release good news now with all this BS going on the PPS will surly tank back into sub .10 territory where only the day traders and shorts benefit from...

Ok I can buy that. I voted for the RS to uplist a while back. I think I will be a harder sell this time until I see some action by the company to remove whatever dynamics are in play that have held the pps down for so long. It seems to me that the effects of toxic finacing and the SEC problem are never ending. Must admit, I am puzzled by such a statement by Lanza and the resulting down day so far
