Any chance the company retires some shares?


I don't see that occurring anytime soon because, imo, there isn't enough income yet.

Anyways, I think shares are supposedly being used as compensation/stock options.

I doubt it, Sklauble

In late March, Meller filed a Form 4 showing that he owns 60M shares.

At one time, though he never filed, he had about 105M shares.

In 2012, he transferred something like 40M of that 105M to the company for use in employee compensation plans, and those shares were charged-off as expenses, which is what caused the company to appear to lose money in 2012.

I don't think that they're now going to buy back stock, especially when they should use any profits to grow the company.
