This interesting. Someone wants control of the company and they now have 1/3 of the OS shares. They have spent about $25,000 in doing so. That appears to be a cheap way to buy an active shell.

In the past, the new owners of the shell would reverse split the stock to get rid of shareholders but now all reverse splits have to be approved by FINRA so that might be difficult.

I wonder how much more the buyer is willing to spend. Another 500k shares and he has a majority share position.
