MK, you should have also put an "IMO" after "at any price."

An offer to get that $45M worth of shares at $3 would get nowhere. I would argue that controlling interest cannot be had for $45M or anywhere near that low. Nobody is going to get millions of shares at $3 and probably not controlling interest even at an offer of $6 IMO. At $10 maybe, unless the board stepped in with another poison pill, which they could do with a conference call meeting of the board.
