"Turning off" elements - which is BS by the way - does not invalidate the infringement of the underlying architecture. The issue at hand is not the coding, but what the coding does - the meat of the VRNG patents that describe the way it works. Revision doesn't cut the mustard either - GOOG is still infringing. The only way to "work around" the VRNG patents is to develop an entirely new architecture and software schema and dump the existing system.
