Why would a 70 year old lady dealing in oncology be a scam. Doesn't add up.

Have you seen the salary she's been earning for years? All paid with debt, later converted to shares.

Read up on personal liability for social security withholding when one has "checkwriting authority" at a company. This isn't a matter of Linda didn't pay her own taxes. IMDS used employee's social security withholding to pay IMDS expenses. Withholding is not iMDS's money. It belongs to the employee to be deposited in the government trust fund.

That's a crime punishable with jail time and it is a favorite of the government to prosecute. $20-50 grand worth of mis handling will get you 2 years. IMDS owes $1.4 million
