If he has no financial interest in the company, then he has no standing to sue EXCEPT on receiving unsolicited promo e-mails and faxes, which has nothing to do with the validity of the promo.

He was behind it like he was behind GOFF and we all know how that played out, and every other penny stock p&d that has gone on to do really well, however sec got to B OPT because of false information and pr, not because short george had any say in it. Like he's actually looking out for investors and their investments, give me a break, he and his friends put down these plays and traders actually think that he's looking out for them and helping them. He is doing it for his own benefit!! He's making a killer putting out lawsuits that never hold up in court just to scare the pps down because rookies out there don't know who he is or what he does, he's a crook, a con artist, a fake, and a major douche bag to top it off.
