In regards to the 18-20 cent share price you claim to have paid on our IPO and what you are to do with your investment and what is to happen with your investment... I cannot advise you or tell the future. I can only inform on what we are trying to do and the progression.

In regards to your purchasing our IPO:
Current management never did an IPO , we did a 504 ....unfortunately companies are not allowed to sell their stock directly into the exchanges...
Even so the stock reached a price of .18-.20. The company never saw that kind of funding. The initial funding came from a Texas 504 that was sold for a penny a share, months prior to the stock price hitting the levels you purchased on the exchanges.....

We currently have a 504 opened...at the par value of .001. Only Texas accredited investors are allowed to buy this stock directly from the company.

That said...this is not a solicitation to sell stock... this is just informing you of the facts...

We have made press releases on important company issues or news and write monthly newsletters in an attempt to keep our shareholders informed...
