I'm skeptical of any appeals being granted (if that is the proper term) from either VRNG on laches and decimal point, or from GOOG on everything they will appeal. That being said, it will add uncertainty and keep pps down until resolved, as will USPTO ruling. I don't see this skyrocketing based on GOOG. Will have to be something else like ZTE/MSFT Lang patents etc...

Also, workaround is a concern, but i'm listening to the tenor of the software people commenting that says it is low probability...

I know you think pps above 10. I'm not playing for much but 3.50-4.50 for next year unless MSFT ZTE etc hit big......
