Well, i'm surprised at lack of drop, and attributing it to nobody believes GOOG. ??further tricks?? well, they'll sure appeal the h*** out of any ruling at this level. I don't see them getting around whatever RR is decided. My biggest worry is the workaround and what games they will play with that. But, I have to follow the lead of people who know far more about programming than I do on that one.....
