Absolutely not marketeers.
Not sure GEN-PORT is either.
Whatever they do they need to take care of the investor/stock holders and let the ones who paid money in at least get their money back.
If they are waffling on the merger now is a good time to let it be known.
For me, I see the light, as other do on this thread.
