Arguing about the outcome of a 'game' that hasn't finished playing out (yet) is silly.
There will be plenty of time for blame or accolades later.
The only thing I remain certain of with this whole CLYW stockholder 'experience' is that most of the time - before and since recievership - we have been treated like mushrooms.
Old management seemed to have done everything they could have done to make this an unsucessful company, self-serving, secret dealing, factional infighting, and ignoring the 'real' prize that we could have had. Whether, or not, DW helped or hindered our corporate demise,.... we were not headed in any positive direction.
