Quasar did not fail on the agreement or any agreement.

Folks were here during the Dean and Jeffrey show and saw it all best in vivid color.

FTR Quasar did walk the XTRA mile.

Even though JD was busy buying a shell (Nhs), the Co. of Quasar was still, and to this day, very interested in MS, also recently known as SNTL.

The wrongdoing belongs to DB, JD and MS.

MZ knew fullwell to replace DB
The BOD of Quasar knew fullwell to fire JD

Both DB and JD conspired with MS to steal MS away from Quasar, no doubt.
