technical levels:
0.0054 is the trigger here (well one PR or something ), ie making a new 52wk high is always a TA event.
then 0.02 is EASY, 0.01 is of no technical meaning, TA considered
then 0.05 again, purely technicly

we just need that fire match, that spark. finally
