As usual people prefer to believe what they hear. Absolutely not true.

FACT: If you trade in a CASH ACCOUNT then shares may never be borrowed

FACT: If you trade in a margin account then your broker may borrow shares from you, but only if those shares are margineable.

FACT: CWRN is not margineable so henceforth NO BORROWING....

C'mon people....pretty basic stuff....
