I don't think you read the 10k. Revenues are up and costs are down, they are eliminating debt and are growing incredible fast because of the resurgence of trucking related to manufacturing in the usa.

This is an investment OTCMagic is paid to share something called a prospectus and update on the company to millions of people, which they did. If the stock goes to .10 cents tomorrow is because people don't understand investments aren't over night things.
