You are technically correct on this one BY. MREITs do not buy at st and sell at lt...they borrow at st and lend at lt...sorry for the misstatement.

As per your stement "The wind down of Quantitative Easing is the beginning of the death march, IMO." I still need to see the link to Bernanke mentioning that.
I realize that you don't like him or QE but it is in fac=t still in place...despite your opinions...
