#19514 RE: gotmilk #19511

So Bourque Alloys was essentially acquired twice. Thank you Got Milk. The record and press release would certainly say that as you effectively brought to our attention. It was never disclosed either in the GPGI release that other shareholders existed in this corporation after it should have been reported as 11 members. Did these members then,in fact, buy into this creation when it was already part and parcel of GPGI? If consideration were required to become a member---who was the check written out to because it did not arrive at Bourque Industries upon perhaps the 2nd merger? Were these checks written also in 2011 when this was already legal property of Bourque Industries to begin with?

There is a need to see when these members joined this entity as their existence may very well be nullified----who are they? Who took the money or who was the check written to?

And we have questioned all along the validity and viability of Basalt Fibers which was an entity created with 30 members! What did they do to become members? What was their consideration paid and to who?

BAM----nobody knows the answer of this recently incorporated phenomenon. But they clearly had 75 members. If JB were a member that leaves 74 persons to account for. What was their entrance fee and i say if they were required to spend 50K each on average then where did possibly 4 Million dollars go? Posters on this board joined through BAM---does anyone have the names of all the members and why are these transactions not presented like JBIT was showing the shareholders and their quantity of shares that they have claim to.

Did these companies above create the value of 20 Million shares for Southworth as perhaps shareholders should be directing questions to him or is it a question for another Bourque officer at that time?

10/17/2011 Acquisition of Bourque
Alloys, LLC 5,300,001 to 11 persons
10/17/2011 Acquisition of Bourque
Alloys Manufacturing, Inc. 92,000,000 to 75 persons
10/17/2011 Acquisition of Kryron
Global, LLC 12,500,000 to John M. Bourque
10/17/2011 Acquisition of Basalt Fiber
Technologies, LLC 5,900,000 to 30 persons

117 members existed from these 4 creations. That is 117 stock certificates first created to become a member of these LLC's and then the responsibility of Bourque Industries to print a certificate---i again ask what consideration did each member pay for their investment rights and of course. who was the check written to? Are the membership interests disclosed in their respective corporate state filings as i do not see them. What is the status of tax returns filed for these entities for all years up to 2011? That is a good shareholder question for their accountant.
