Larry, I have not seen anything mentioned about a "patent" for the nasal sprays. The only patents mentioned were concerning one of the other (dormant) enterprises named Paramount.
As far as future price, that will be set by the market, and I expect huge volatility in that, until a track record of sales is achieved. There is no history of sales with ITNS so we have to wait and see, and any speculation on price would be useless, IMO. There was a report issued by a company called Goldman that gave some figures but with the share structure info still evolving that is anybody's guess, and obviously nobody believes it anyway.
