Yes, those filings would be on SEC's EDGAR

Once they start filing with the SEC, those reports would be available on the EDGAR site.

When Cannavest filed the 13G showing the shares that went to MJNA, a CIK (Central Index Key) number was created.

$MJNA's CIK# is 001568711

Note that there is yet to be a S-1 filing, as MJNA has promised for several quarters now.

I don't know why they did this, as IMO, these shares should have officially gone to MJNA, not Phytosphere.
