If Infrax would have revenues, they would not have to give this Divi to long therm shareholders (If you have shares before RS you have at least a loss of around 97%).
I expect a big loss in last quarter and pps will not move north.

This Divi gives me a feeling that Lockwood spin-off will not take place in this year. Always delays.
