They have always said that they are looking at a number of successful entities to potentially bring into the publicly traded shell. It has always been just a matter of time, and the fact that the great team is still together bodes well for longs who have patiently held onto their VIGS shares.

As more of the float is bought up it will be harder to keep VIGS PPS down at these levels.
