on 10/21/09 i think 1.2MM shares of BORK actually went to Alloys, BAM and Kryron Global----where did those shares or if sold the money go? Those JBIT shares ---were not they given to BAM and they did not go into BORK on the day that GPGI merged with JBIT---am i correct

3.6 Million shares of a 3-5 dollar BORK would have been worth millions of dollars---where did they go?

I am asking because i do not know where the money went. But those shares had a 1 year restrictive legend and perhaps a few months more before they were free trading.The answer is a phone call away by calling the transfer agent to see. I cannot guess whether they were sold in April, May or June of 2011 but they were gone by the merger date and never came over as shares.
