I have personally VERIFIED this share structure folks, and as of 2:15 today, quikfix's numbers are the same exact numbers I got when I called and spoke with Jackie at the TA's office!

There has been NO DILUTION this week! Exactly the same numbers were given to me!

I will update the I-box with this info...

Authorized: 400,000,000
Issued and Outstanding: 356,918,840
Restricted: 224,904,422

So the current float is 132,014,418 shares and most likely LATF used the restricted for acquisitions

Now I understand why this stock moves so easily... 132 million shares for a .011 stock is a drop in the bucket compared to many of the other MMJ stocks.
