I've seen that happen often on many stocks. It makes me very annoyed! Someone tried to tell me that certain types of sell orders ONLY execute at a set price. Like say the order is to sell at .0050, right, supposedly it won't fill anyone who bids .0051 or .0049.

Not sure if that is true though
