It's great that Mark Osgood may someday get his money back plus interest from Seeker Tec International. I bet he feels pretty darn good about that.

Common Shareholders who invested in Mike Kendrick and Mineseeker certainly got screwed. But, it appears that some of the debt holders are going to come out not as badly damaged as Common Shareholders are.

This is exactly why I suggest that nobody ever buy common shares in any company that Mike Kendrick of Seeker Tec International is involved in. It never works out well for the Common Share Investor.

Take a look at what has happened in Mike Kendrick's new shell SNTL. The share price has lost nearly 70% of it's value since Seeker Tec International and Mike Kendrick has moved into that shell. Common Shareholders have taken a beating there, just like in NHSH and QASP.

Looks like Donnell IS the root of all evil.

I would blame anyone else.

re;

A letter from Mark Osgood...having been here for a long time, I asked Mark how things would be resolved in regards to the debt owed by NHSH to him and in response, he sent me a letter dated February 10, 2013....MB

2/10/13
To Whom It May Concern:

I, Mark Osgood, have come into an agreement with AVERRUNCUS, UK LTD, formerly Mineseeker Operations UK, LTD.
The agreement states Averruncus, UK LTD, has agreed to take on $549,891.00 plus interest of the $622,000.00 plus interest owed to me in debt notes from NHSH.

In speaking with Mike Kendrick and Mark Dorey, they readily accepted that the amount of $549,891.00 was properly received by Mineseeker. I wanted to have my debt go to the company that received my monies. I did not want to have that burden put 100% on NHSH and its shareholders. That was the desire of both parties.

Mike and Mark were in total agreement that the debt ($549,891.00 plus interest) was now debt belonging to Averruncus, UK LTD, and have taken full responsibility for it.

I have had my lawyer’s office contact NHSH and let them know the good news that the balance owed by NHSH is now reduced to $72,109.00, plus interest.

I hope that the shareholders look at this of a sign of hope for NHSH.

Sincerely,
Mark Osgood
