No this is actually based on very simple things. Like what the PPS is and has been the past 6 months. looking back over the past dozen or so PR'S that went down the same path. NOWHERE. Looking at all the debt! Not much that a couple of minutes of DD won't tell ya. But I can't spend hours and hours on the DD its not like I have been in shackles for the past couple of months with nothing to do!! LOL
