arizona1 -- beyond that -- quite a few years ago (and perhaps more recently, haven't looked), there were reports that many of the stations carrying his show were paid to carry his show, or at least given his show for free, where typically the stations had to pay something to carry such a nationally-syndicated 'leading' show
