Even if they were actually exploring the properties right now, they would be at least a decade away from production.

99.9% of all exploration properties produce nothing. There is either nothing of economic value on those properties, or they cannot legally obtain the permits required. And even if something of economic value is found, the average time from discovery to production is now 17 years. 17 YEARS! CGFI hasn't even begun exploration, much less discovered anything. Even if they did get the permits to restart the mill, there is absolutely no way those other properties could contribute any feed any time soon.
