Then why, pray tell, did MDMN jump into bed with this guy and get led around for 15 months (give or take)? If the guy had nothing to offer, why did MDMN hitch their wagon to his horse in the first place? The answers to those questions should cause shareholders to run from MDMN as fast as they can.
