The POR states the OBS will own all the assets of LBHI after the POR is paid off that means they own all the shares of LAMCO too. In a good/bad bank plan doesnt that put the CTs in the bad bank. If they transfer the NOLs before the discharge to the OBS doesnt that mean they can preserve them like solyndra?

Spin off Lamco to JPM for $1 usd and then all land stellar jobs or mega future contract. I wouldn't be surprised, it's a free-for -all in this life and probably the next.

I want to convince myself that my shares in obs are going to have a meaningful return but I feel something will go wrong and it wrenches my goober gut.
