Has Jay King had one success without tragedy ? If so please give an example. Isn't it true his real name isn't even Jay King ? Isn't this only the second time he's used that name ?

Did you mean to say the company will then issue 100,000 shares for 1 preferred when the time comes? Just asking for my own clarification. Thanks.
