Accelerated Filers

The SEC has redefined accelerated filer to cover reporting companies with a public float of at least $75 million but less than $700 million. An accelerated filer must meet the following requirements:
•has an aggregate worldwide market value of voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of $75 million or more, measured as of the last business day of the issuer’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter
•has been subject to the periodic reporting requirements of Section 13(a) or 15(d) for a period of at least 12 months
•has filed at least one annual report (such as a Form 10-K) pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
•is not eligible to file small business forms (such as Forms 10 KSB and 10 QSB).

At this rate,the best thing that can currently be done to benefit the shareholder is for the conservator to retire x amount of shares or introduce a forward split..........just thinking out loud.
