That's a great question and this is what I think.
1. Although 'growing', the company has not become profitable with almost 5 years in business.
2. Seeing the PPS slowly drop over the years (because of #1), investors, especially the bigger ones, have abandoned ship in droves.
3. The selling accelerated after the recent 10-K which still showed a large loss and no profitability in sight.
4. CEO, David Dugas, claims he sees the light now and is targeting the third quarter for profitability.
