So they issued 26 million shares and cancelled 28 million shares. They ended up with 2 million less shares outstanding. Most pennies they just issue and issue and never cancel any shares and shares outstanding always goes up, they funded this for a year and lowered shares o/s....also all those shares you listed were issued before JB took over Jan 29th.

On November 21, 2012, 28,000,000 shares of stock previously held by former officers of the Company were surrendered.
