I hear that! Our PR is official, weak hands b sellin', volume is still mostly consolidated and now just waiting on the masses to throw their money at it. Again, I'm happy and willing to wait for a VERY NICE return. I personally didn't invest with my beer money. I was just hoping to buy that used F150 King Ranch and take my girl to the islands sooner than later, thats all. LOL.
