INTL is on the bid and ask now .....is this some kind of trading strategy

That's what I explained a couple of times here lately. INTL is not a dumper. They are the main MM in the stock. They are kinda controlling the stock, being on both sides all the time basically, taking in a lot of stock on the bid and also selling a lot on the ask throughout the year.
