No.. The way I read it's the entire facility is up for sale.. "Its currently home to Olson Manufacturing and Distribution and All American Pet Brands." It says expansion would be allowed on the North Side of the Olson Building.. But only one building exists and both current business share one address.

Just reporting the facts as I found them.
