in my opinion, Frank can not continue to have it both ways. He can not 'hide' behind the lack of financial disclosure to his SHAREHOLDERS that being a pinky provides. He wants to play with the big boys (and IS succeeding!!), he need to play that way with his SHAREHOLDERS.
